HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY to me!!!! : )

Define surprises talaga nung araw na yan. I celebrated my birthday at SM Annex, Pizza hut. Nakakatawa. Bakit? Kasi lahat ng nakasama ko that day eh mga “unexpected”. :)) From school, I texted Jandale Gallardo and Yvette Tuason para kami kami yung mga magkakasama, together with the whole Parokya :’ ) Peroooooo….. hahahahaha..

So blessed kasi ito yung mga nakasama ko ng di inaasahan….

Jear Santos, Ricshel Roem Santamaria, Dave Pe, Floriezel Cuesta, David Magtalas, Jandale Gallardo, Paul Javier, Genesis Sapla, Jeah La Guardia, Wiess La Guardia, Joyce Valencia, Kath Castillo, Yvette Tuason, Karlo Ordinario and Mr. Jem Villamor.

I thank God because He gave me these kind of friends. <3

A lot of times I planned on how to thank my followers, which most of them are obviously neither an acquaintance nor a Filipino, but when I do, I always run out of words &#8212; and the idea of how to do it. This is amazing for I don&#8217;t have any fancy reblogs that can attract followers, neither do I skilfully make wonderful typographys. I also do not own a camera that can take outstanding pictures &#8212; which of course, is the pop culture nowadays (especially on Tumblr). I&#8217;m just an ordinary student who has an extraordinary life because of my Savior and really, this is such an honor. I&#8217;m encouraged, simply because I know, everything that is about Jesus Christ is worth sharing. And every time I share about Him, it blesses my heart knowing that you guys, do read about it. (That&#8217;s what I surmise by your following, hee-hee :P) These are just some of those who do not know me, yet they follow and they post great things about our great God! Visit them! The idea of not following a lot of people saddens me for I am sure I&#8217;m missing a lot of wonderful testimonies and thoughts from all of them. But really, I encourage you all to just continue posting your thoughts and I know those who follows you love reading and seeing them. Just do it for God and for those who might need it (you&#8217;ll never know who), it&#8217;ll take no pressure at all. Believe me, since I transferred to Tumblr, the idea of &#8220;having a lot of likes, followers, and reblogs&#8221; annoys me. It doesn&#8217;t define who you are. Plus, plus, someone UP there, knows what is true inside your heart. Smile, be yourself, glorify God and post all you want. :D You never know, your life might be other&#8217;s bible that is being read everyday. LET US ALL BE A JESUS CULTURE!

Jessa, a member of the Portal Ministry of Youth Alive, was personally introduced to me by one of our leaders at YA&#8217;s 21st Anniversary and now we&#8217;re friends in real life. Yay! :) AND YES, IF ONLY PEOPLE WOULD SPARE A LITTLE OF THEIR TIME READING ENTRIES ABOUT GOD, MAYBE, THEY WOULD BE BLESSED INDEED. Sadly, they don&#8217;t. That&#8217;s why EMO TYPOGRAPHY is the new fad now. I don&#8217;t even get the idea. I surmise that some of my followers don&#8217;t even read my entries. All they do is re-blog stuff. Emo-typography, Cute Cupcakes, Hollywood celebrities, RomComs, and yes, Lady Gaga. ALSO, Taylor Lautner and RPatz fandom. Seems like people hate their own stuff/ can’t even make their own stuff. Originality and being yourself is likely obsolete nowadays. Sigh.
