savedtobefree: Corban Wheels. A group full of talented Christians who wanted to use their talents in dancing and acting for the Lord. Isa po ako sa mga members ng Corban Wheels. Mukha lang pong hindi kasi wala po ako sa picture. Hehe. I was in Bataan when they performed this beautiful presentation. I am very blessed when I saw their Collab presentation with Kuya Mervin, our coordinator(the one that is in the middle). I saw the smiles in their faces. Very happy for Corban Wheels became really united as one to worship God through our talents. Praise God! For He moved and still moving mightily in our lives. And we will continue to love You and glorify You in everything that we do.  Jeanne! We missed you during the practices and the actual presentation in Youth Alive’s I Matter special event, too! Any how, I know God will still be using you in His ministry. Keep the fire burning! Your discipler is so proud of you! :) Glory to God.

This is Corban Wheels (Dance and Theater department) Ministry from the year 2007 up to present. We dance. We act. We worship. “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” - 1 Peter 4:10 I will always be thankful to Multiply for preserving these wonderful photos on its original resolutions. Always been a life saver whenever I would be tasked to do something that involves digging up documentations (ever since I became the CW Promotions head on 2007, and until now that I’ve become one of the CW Dance Dep’t staff) by the Youth Alive Leaders. And now — this collage for the upcoming general Assembly of Youth Alive’s cell group leaders, school coordinators, Core and Junior Leaders. Exciting! Oh hello there, nostalgia! This is just ONE of the pictures from Youth Alive Ministry’s Love Generation (that is not finished yet!) last Saturday; I posted it ‘cause I loved the candles that was arranged to form a heart shape on the floor! :) Since I’m kind of talking about LOVE, I’m back on doing what I really really LOVE. No, it’s not sleeping ‘cause I hardly sleep enough, ha ha! I’m back on dancing again! Yay for favor with my school schedules and all! Thank You Lord! Let me give You all the glory tomorrow! Go Corban Wheels Dance Ministry! (check out the “dance” or “church ministry” tag) Join us tomorrow as we talk about ‘Love for the Country’, alive young people of the Lord! 5:00 PM, Word of Hope Main Church, Faith Auditorium. “Dancing is a spiritual activity. Still Standing - Israel Houghton (Israel & New Breed)

I love this version! I actually danced and can’t help it but to sing out loud! If I were in that church, I’ll literally rock my heart out while dancing (like no one is there except the band, of course) and worshiping in spirit and in truth! GOD DESERVES THE BEST OF OUR WORSHIP!

This is not “I’m-still-standing-and-I-barely-made-it-and-I-crawled-into-the-building-and-just-pray-for-me-brother-nobody-knows-the-trouble-I-see” kind of standing.

When I was kid, I had one of those things that you could punch in and it goes down and it pops right back up because it was weighted on the bottom. So,

This kind of Still Standing is, He has hit me with His best shot, life is poured all it could on me, and I gonna bounce back in my spirit!

So you can’t dance? Not at all? Not even one step?
How can you say that you’ve taken any trouble to live when you won’t even try to dance?
Dance is music made visible.
Dance is the world’s most famous metaphor.
Dance is silent poetry.
Dance is the mother of all arts.
Dance is the hidden language of the soul.
DANCERS ARE THE ATHLETES OF GOD..
Nothing is more revealing than dancing.
Dancing is dreaming with your feet.
DANCE TO EXPRESS, NOT TO IMPRESS..
Dance first, think later, it’s the natural order.
Dance like nobody’s watching.
Let the music move your body.
All it takes is to convince your mind to move your feet.
No one can arrive from being talent alone. God gives talent, work transgresses talent.
To touch, to move, to inspire. This is the true gift of DANCE..
Everyone can dance..

This made me more overwhelmed with much gratefulness to our Lord for giving me a talent that is very palpable. One of the reasons why I dance? I simply give Him back the glory. Yes, everyone can do it. But not everyone can believe in their selves. And I am just blessed to have that belief in me.

I also believe that God chooses everybody. It’s just whether or not the person would accept the honor. Dancing for God = ♥

*October.24.2009 Corban Wheels Ministry Dance Training (Yay! Sembreak kasi!:D) The dance routine that I was able to practice but I was not able to perform. I am a sad creature, nevertheless, I’m still proud of those who’re able to present the dance. “I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful.” - Jeremiah 31:4 AMEN! High socks from Lola = ♥
