Col 1:15-20

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

I really hope that you will cherish and value every session of our cell group. Not everyone is privilaged to hear God’s word. Not everyone is surrounded by young people who’re not ashamed to share God’s amazing love to them.

You are blessed for you are privilaged to hear the Good News and to be surrounded by a group of Young Christians who would go to the ends of the earth just to proclaim the Lord’s goodness. If He can mark the whole universe with His symbol (the cross), He could also put a mark in your human body as His wonderful creation. Colossians 1:17 - For He is before ALL things and in Him, ALL things HOLD TOGETHER. Always remember that you are part of His perfect plan. Keep the fire burning, Gilliane! I’m always here to guide and help.

The Supremacy of Christ

Colossians 1:15-20

He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him.

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,

If my schedule will permit, I’m going to share a very wonderful fact to all of you, guys. Watch out for my next post. Really, this is one of the most amazing things that God had showed me. Until now, I can’t get my hands off from researching more about it. It blew me away! God blew me away. Lord, You are amazing!
