JEAH

A man trapped in a woman's body. Full time Student. Full time Minister. Pledged to follow and to lead.

An Athlete of God. I lead, dance, perform, minister, serve, share, love and live for Him alone. An advocate of His goodness despite imperfections of the human race.

Welcome to my blog! And yes, I'm from the Philippines! :)

GOD FORGIVES. Past. Future. Present.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. - 1 John 1:9
Just found the mirror image kind of cool. Sorry, lame photo processing.:P

“I love her smile. I love her hair. I love her knees. I love this heart shaped birth mark she has on her neck. I love how she sometimes smacks her lips before she talks. I love her laugh. I love the way she looks when she’s sleeping. I love the way she makes me feel like anything is possible. You know, like life is worth it?”—  Tom Hansen

That’s how much Tom adored Summer. I would absolutely love it when someone feels this way about me.
Summer: I woke up one morning and I just knew.Tom: Knew what?Summer: What I was never sure of with you.”
That’s where Tom confirmed Summer’s inconsistency about their affair. She wasn’t looking for anything serious. Aww.
Tom:You know what sucks? Realizing that everything you believe in is complete and utter bull**it.Summer: What do you mean?Tom: You know destiny and soul mates, true love and all that childhood fairytale nonsense. You were right, I should have listened to you.Summer: No, Tom. I was sitting in a deli and reading Dorian Gray and a guy comes up to me and asks me about it. And now he’s my Husband.Tom: Yeah, so?Summer: What if I had gone to the movies? What if I had gone somewhere else for lunch? What if I had got there 10 minutes later? It was meant to be. And, I just kept thinking Tom was right. It just wasn’t me you were right about.“You weren’t wrong, Tom. You were just wrong about me.”

And that explains why I saw a “REBLOG IF YOU HATE SUMMER FOR BREAKING TOM’S HEART” post when I was Tumblog hopping after I saw this movie. This goes to show that I’m still not over this movie. I still can’t move on over  Hansen’s heart break. It’s so callow yet so meaningful. I would never imagine myself going through Tom’s experiences and I would also never ever wish that to happen to someone I really hate. Hahaha! It’s just drastically dreadful.
The photo above shows my favorite element of the movie which I explained in my review and named it as “Expectations vs Reality illusions”. It would be great if you’ll also read my review.
Most of the time, we experience these illusions (coming from the one who always experience it) causing our heart to break us more than it can break itself. It’s funny how love can be so sweet when you got it & yet so bitter when you lose it. When you’ve got it, it seems you’re experiencing plain euphoric spirit that you just can’t get enough and ironically unexplainable. Well that’s what we expect from our loved one, right? But without it, it’s just total reality biting you hard. Even painful than fraternity hazings, hahaha!
Love changes your belief system because it gives you something to believe in. But without it, it leaves one feeling totally uninspired and emotional. So be careful who you fall for.

“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
- 1 John 4:8

Always remember that you can only experience true love when you already experienced the love from UP ABOVE. Waiting is always worth it. :)
